Permitted use
You may use AnyPath only to prepare your own lawful immigration paperwork or that of a person you are legally authorized to assist. You must provide accurate, truthful information at all times.
Prohibited conduct
The following are strictly prohibited: (a) submitting or entering false, fabricated, or fraudulent information into any immigration form (I-130, I-485, I-129, DS-260, or any other USCIS/DOS form); (b) using AnyPath to prepare documents for third parties on a commercial basis without authorization (unauthorized practice of immigration law); (c) reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing AnyPath content or generated documents; (d) automated scraping, crawling, or bulk downloading of any content; (e) attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the service.
Consequences of violation
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. We reserve the right to report suspected fraud or false filings to relevant government authorities.
