Acceptance

By creating an account or using AnyPath you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Subscriptions and billing

AnyPath offers four tiers: Free, Starter ($9.99/mo), Pro ($19.99/mo), and Premium ($39.99/mo). Paid plans include a 7-day free trial; you will not be charged during the trial period.

After the trial, your selected plan renews automatically on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Government filing fees are separate and paid directly to the relevant agency.

Permitted use

You may use AnyPath only for lawful purposes and only to prepare your own immigration paperwork or that of a person you are legally authorized to assist.

You agree to provide accurate, truthful information. Knowingly submitting false information to any government agency is a federal crime.

Limitation of liability

AnyPath is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnyPath and its officers, directors, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Arbitration and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Delaware. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
